1. What is the best place to shop? *sings* Got it on EBAY! Actually, yes, that's a great place, but my favorite place is R-Galaxy, the only place where they have early manga and original Japanese manga. GOD, it's holy!
2. What is the most expensive item you've ever bought? Inuyasha boxset. Jeez, that made my wallet (well, little jar filled with money, me little bank) filled with "cobwebs" xD
3. What is your favorite pair of shoes? My sandles. My brother's sandles. My hand-me-down sandles. Strap them on and just go instead of having to tie my shoes too much. >.<
4. Shirt? "I'm blogging this" shirt, "b4k4^2" shirt, mostly things from thinkgeek.com
5. Most embarrassing shopping moment? Bleh....Why not just scream it to the whole world while you're at it?

First of all, I have to say thank you Myun for your gift! That was so sweet of you!! ^___^ *hugs* I'll put it up on Mehve.COM's gift section tomorrow. It's getting late. :P

3rd day of period going to be gone in two hours. Three to four days to go. >.< My periods are so long, yet are so close together that I can almost go and scream, "WTF?! I just finished it two days ago? WHY NOW??" I want to kill myself in any way to stop it. I've been having a cramp for two hours and seeing "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" for the first twenty minutes is not helping it. >.< So, what do I do for cramps? I sit my butt in front of the computer trying to watch "Grave of the Fireflies" over again. I just did a few minutes ago. I feel good, but then it came back. The evil IT. Just choke me with a spoon while you're at it.

So, enough with that, I must say, happy father's day. Yes, the things we got for Mr. "Dadoo" was Pirates of the Caribbean Special DVD (from me), Genesis: Invisible Touch CD (supposedly from Nick, but I got it -_-), and some shirts along with a guide to the routes of Paris (from Mom). There were the cards, yesh, of course. It was basically a casual father's day. I went upstairs, and locked myself in my room to work havocally on a new layout for Mehve.COM. It now features Grave of the Fireflies, Satsuko and Seita, probably one of my most favorite anime films I've seen to this date.

I've seen Grave of the Fireflies before, only I was seven and I've forgotten most of it. So, I bought the DVD on Saturday when we were at barnes and noble. SO, just watching it again, really strikes me hard. Especially in the near ending, god, it's a real tearjerker. I kept on thinking that I should bring this film for REACH Humanities (History/Social Studies) next year. I believe we're going to study World War II in that year. Anyone can succumb to this! I ORDER YOU, no...I DICTATE YOU TO SEE THIS MOVIE! If you don't, you're not a real anime fan! BWAHAHAHAHA. *coughs*

Lately, I've been keeping my green little notebook that I won from a writing contest last year in the school newspaper, and writing in it all the movies I've seen. So far 8 this month that I can remember, some of them repeated. I leave the dates and my thoughts or just whatever I can think of. :P I like keeping these kinds of logs. It will help me remember things. I even wrote in large letters "TO STAY BY THE BED TILL THE PAGES ARE ALL FILLED!!" However, it's not by the bed. It's right by my keyboard where I usually watch my DVD movies on my computer.

*looks around room* Hmm...I really should take some pictures of my messy room. Titled: What summer can do to ~~you~~ I mean...your room! I'll probably upload them here and show them to you. Witness the horror of Maggie's overgrowing manga collection. The CDs that have lost it's place, the DVDs on the floor or right by the keyboard, two backpacks still filled with after-school crap, a pile of summer books to read, dozens of cups, some filled with two-day-old coke. AUGH! Run for your life!! Maybe I'm making it too dramatic, but whatever...but most of it is TRUE. I practically live in my room nowadays because my computer is in it. A long while ago, from fourth grade till early seventh grade, my room was like some foreign country. I barely knew my way around it. When I was younger, my room was huge to me and I built little cities with stolen action figures, injured/amputated Barbies, and Disney figures (Yes, I was an avid fan of Disney when I was little, now I'm not). So, I was used to being in my room. Now, I practically live in my room. My trash can is now getting filled up by the minute, instead of the long week drags I usually would have. God, I'm such a packrat. -_-;;

Let me have my rest...or some more coke...

Okay, for one thing. I believe, when you entered the original address of http://maggie.mehve.com/ you've gotten an enter/splash page with two ways of entering. The first way is just my normal blog, which is Tigerlilly Chubb, the other one is my new blog called Moonstruck, ONLY this one is a dream blog. This is just to clear up the confusion. I just wanted Tigerlilly Chubb and Moonstruck to be together since they're both my blogs and it's night and day things. Bleh...whatever...I just wanted to clear up anyone furrowing their eyebrows.

Last night I had a sleepover with Molly. Nothing much. All sleepovers seem to be the same. We slept in (more like Molly did <_<) too late till the time that my mom had to pick me up. So I had to grab my tennis shoes and race out the door to my mom's car in my pajamas. You can read about my dreams/nightmares I had at Moonstruck. After that, we went home, I got dressed in regular clothes (t-shirt and shorts). So, my mom and I went to McDonalds to get me some lunch/breakfast. Afterwards, my mom and I went home and ate lunch. I then suggested that we go to my dance studio to check if they had the recital video. In fact they do, AND also it's a DVD. o_O Maybe I can show you guys some screenshots from my dance recital or something...I dunno...I'm just starting that "I'm getting bored" vibe over the summer. So, after watching some things from the DVD, I went upstairs, coded some of my sites and then my mom called me at 1:30pm to go to the university of arizona with her for my brother's filming camp. THEY also gave free DVDs of all the works by them. Two of them really sucked, "The Blair Teacher Project" and "When Trekkies Attack" I couldn't hear anything and the acting wasn't that great. :P There was "The Disk" which was good, but got very slow at parts. My brother's group, "Erik Van Hosen, PI" was really good. And I'm not doing any favoritism, but the camera angles, the acting, the story, the witty script made me really happy. HOWEVER, I had the b*tchiest thing ever that started that morning. You must know, girls, *coughs* It comes once a month. xD So, sitting on the floor for two hours made me a PMSing idiot and made me grumpy. I kept on fussing at my mom and dad about random things. I'm not myself whenever I get these! >:O I always suddenly turn into someone evil. A bad evil. So, while driving home and due to some circumstances, I got into a fight with my mom and broke down. I seriously broke down. My mom called me a "b*tch" and suddenly I felt so awful. I was talking to Molly last night about how my mom and I really are great friends and she doesn't call me such things. But here I was, crying in the car, and my mom just called me a "b*tch". My brother, Nick, got sick of it. My 17-year-old brother broke down. He suddenly started us things I never knew about. I felt like I was hearing my own self when I was in depression. It freaked the crap out of me. After everything was resolved, apologies etc. we went home, did some things and than went to blockbuster to get some movies and my dad a DVD for Father's Day. It's my gift. I won't say it here, incase he reads my blog (I hope not). So, we got "American Graffiti" "Monty Python and the Meaning of Life" (I just saw it, wow, it's perverted xD) and some foreign film that I forgot the name of. >.<;; While checking these videos out, the guy let us have a can of C2 coke. I took the plunge and tried it. IT'S THE SAME FREAKIN' TASTE!! What the fish? So, after that, it seemed the fight never happened. It seemed that the fight made everyone closer after we revealed things. It's weird. Mom now has made a time at 7pm (when it's still light out) to read some Harry Potter to Nick and I. It makes me feel close and it made me almost forget that fight until I wrote it down here. I'm just glad. All I just have to worry about tonight is to not throw up and hoping for the cramp to disappear. ;_;

Sun Buddies (what a stupid name, but whatever xD) is where I created these little icons to my closest blog friends who comment on my blog, talk to me through e-mail or IM or messageboards and I'm becoming good friends. You can also get a sun icon if you try to become friends with me. I hope that I can have many "sun buddies" because I want to learn about more people over the summer. The reason over the sun? 1. White, dark, or milk chocolate? Milk chocolate. White/dark tastes like licking the bathroom floor.
2. Hard candy or taffy? Hard Candy. Doesn't get stuck in my braces and lasts forever. xD
3. Ice cream or gelati? Ice cream. Yum. :3
4. Bubble gum or mints? I don't like either, but bubble gum. Mints are icky! That's why I hate the taste of toothpaste until I got my braces.
5. Cake or pie? Oh sh*t, you have to make me choose? Never! I like both, d*mmit!!

So, I have my first viola lesson tomorrow. Wish me to break a leg! I hope I do really well in viola because if I don't...I WILL DIE. I'm in chamber ensemble and Mr. Hill made me do viola because I did so well in guitar. O.<

+I was born with blonde hair until I was three years old and suddenly, it turned to a dark brown. I even have pictures to prove it.
+I'm half Methodist, half Mormon, however, I've never been baptised.
+I don't go to church, but I used to go to a bible camp at the methodist church where I went to preschool.
+I had speech therapy till the second grade
+My first site ever was created in Microsoft Word.
+When I was 5, I loved the old computers from the early 80s at the libraries. A few years later, they were replaced with regular computers and I was upset about it.
+I cuss a lot, and I'm trying to cut down on it
+I was in depression for two years, very suicidal and angsty then
+I'm in the top of my class
+I'm starting viola however, I'm going into chamber ensemble next year o.O
+ I've played four instruments. In order, piano (sometimes), flute, guitar (current), and viola (current).

+I got my glasses in the fourth grade, and started wearing them 12 hours a day in the sixth grade for my coding work, however, I've never had a school picture with me wearing them.

+I've always had a lucky day since 9/11 on that day. First: I got into REACH 2nd: I got 3 serves in a row for Volleyball, I've never done that before and I won the door decorating contest and I did all the designing and most of the work 3rd: Um...I forgot, but it was good. xD
+I've had roles as boys or tomboys at Live Theater Workshop because of my strong voice. However, my first year ever there, I was a sassy, rude lady ghost who made fun of everyone. Lead role. My best role yet.
+I'm called "Baloo" at Live Theater Workshop because I played the lead role of "Baloo" in the Jungle Book. Plus the double bun hairstyle I had for the night made my Live Theater Workshop teacher go ecstatic with.
+ I've never "gone out" with somebody. I'm happily single. xD
+Mehve, the wind glider from Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind, has stuck to me like glue since I was seven. I first tried drawing (or doodling) designs so that I could create it for real, my first site was called "MehveGhibli", my official username is MaggieMehve, and my domain is called mehve. Something about the word makes me happy.

+The first series I tried writing was called "Greensleeves" in the fourth grade.
+I'm the fastest typest in all my classes
+Lairpa was a series I tried writing, I finished half of the first book, but I couldn't continue as other stories exploded in my head and I wanted to write them badly.
+The long novels to date that I have the most interest were of the following: Lairpa, The Airships of Abledon, The Last Wind Rider, and The Resurrection Mistake. Once I'm done with The Last Wind Rider editing and the Resurrection Mistake, I'll start rewriting The Airships of Abledon. However, a new story about a girl and her secret dragon has suddenly gotten into my mind. 0.<
+Ever since my great-grandmother (and even farther back!) my family has been nurses or some medical profession. I don't know if I'll continue that line or I'll go my own way with literature. Lots of pressure on me.
+I actually went anti-anime from 4th-5th grade (because of my brother). I went back to it in the early 6th grade, in October, with Kiki's Delivery Service on the Disney Channel. And I went crazy.
+My first manga was Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind and What's Michael. I didn't know they were manga until I got my first official "manga" of Inuyasha in Christmas of 2002.
+I hate sleepovers.
+I always get sick at a sleepover.
+I miss a lot of school days because I get sick easily or I need a mental health day.

+Only a few people can really become my friends, however, I'm trying my best for people to like me for who I am and not to use me. I'm still questioning my current relationships because it feels like I'm being used for my manga and anime. :(
+I'm a potato/ketchup freak. My mom only ate potatos during her pregnancy with me
+Extra Fact: My head was so freakin' huge when I was a baby, they had to do a C-section (caesarean) in order to get me out. My brother had the same thing done, only he was being choked by the cord.

4. Who do u like going to see movies with? Hm...actually, I don't like going with my friends much since I don't really do it, but I guess I should say my dad, my mom, and my brother. Really, just my family.

Before I write this, I'm gonna warn you, this will be a LONG entry... this whole entry will be about my WHOLE week at my UMC nurse camp...[edit] For a new "special" everyday I'm going to write that day. Okay? I don't think I can write all my days.

So we left at 8:00 am to go downtown. It takes us about 40 or so minutes to get there and we were already getting late because my brother is a slow poke and we waited too long to leave. Anyways, I ran into the trailer right behind the UMC called the Ocotillo Trailer and opened the door only to find to my horror, everyone was there!! NO ONE WAS LATE! I came in the middle of a speech the head counselor was doing and I was so embarrassed. I crammed my way through the desks to sit between a girl and a boy. My face was like one of those doomed people knowing that all hell will break loose. I was probably already named "THE LATE KID" and the slacker. GAH! It's not my fault! I just was...LATE because I live in the mountains, not in the city. RAWR. So the counselor, Ellice, talked about some random things that I didn't catch. I was too occupied of trying to hide myself. We got up and this one girl behind me, I started trying to make some jokes out of some things. We went over to sign ourselves in and grab the schedule. We went inside the storage room to get our red scrubs shirts. I went in the bathroom to change from my shirt to the scrubs one. Only to my dismay, I worried that my own breasts might show if I lean forward. I forgot to put on a bra, god I'm such an idiot! *hits forhead on desk* We sat back down and introduced ourselves. The boy next to me was from Tennessee, he looked like Miles and my brother. It's freaky, all the boys I know that came from Tennessee look like Nick and Miles. Of course, Miles reminds me of a younger Nick...*blushes* Anyways, the girl next to me that I tried to talk with was named Kristie, or Kristine. I thought this might be someone that I could become friends with. "IT'S MY DUTY TO BECOME FRIENDS!" *turns into ego-maniac mode* We were sepearted into two groups, red and blue, to go with the colors of the UofA and UMC. Then some guy, Kevin Craven RN and Director of Education came in and did a long, boring, annoying lecture to us. I zoned out. I swear I did. I even grabbed my book in my backpack, pushing back the new blue backpack I got while getting our scrubs shirts, and got out Naruto Volume 1. Kristie giggled and I said some jokes that I have better things to do. Kristie agreed. After that, we went outside to the buildings for security. This was where we were getting our ID badges. Very snazzy stuff. We waited outside, in the blazing heat of the Arizona sun which was reaching 103 degrees. Kristie, Katie, and some other girl started talking about school. Almost everyone at Camp Scrubs went to a Catholic school where they had to wear uniforms. I don't mind uniforms, in fact, I wish I had a uniform. I seemed to get the persona of "The girl who is half insane half funny" and that's my usual self whenever I try to make friends. While talking at the trash can, I randomly sung "Trogdor!" and Kristie went ecstatic. She couldn't believe that someone else knew about Trogdor IRL. I couldn't either. This was where the friendship started. After waiting so d*mn long, with the old man who was creating our IDs, we went to get a tour of the hospital. Well, just the trauma/ER center and the blood area. After that, it was lunch, and instead of eating my mushed up bagel, I bought lunch in the cafeteria and got pizza and a pepsi. I talked a lot with Kristie and a boy by the name of Jake, who I became good friends with later. After lunch, there was Orthopedic Nursing/Casting where we learned about well...orthopedic nursing. There was this one nurse who was really bubbly and laughed a lot, which made the presentation more enjoyable. I'm really interested in orthopedic nursing, actually...there were some stations and we were timed in how fast we were. Our team got tied with the jocks (yes, cliques were starting to form) at 5:26. >.O Then was a snack break. After that, we went inside the hospital where we saw artificial hearts and things on cardiovascular nursing. After all of that, we reported back and my mom and I drove to the same building where I had my computer camp last year, to pick up my brother from his filming class.

So, I've finally converted everything to PHP in three days. Hard work, including making the archives since I made a new layout for THAT also. Since my job is done with my nurse camp at the University Medical Center, I made a new layout featuring Miaka and Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi. I really like this layout, as my archive layout which is darker. :P Well...sort of. I've joined some more fanlistings, but I'm going to get some more later. I just want this on the web! >:o Also, I have new pluggies that I've should've told about. Kanu and MidorChi!

My next entry I will tell everything that happened at the camp! However, my back hurts, I want to eat, and I need some more sleep.

Instead of going to see Harry Potter, we saw Shrek 2 instead. The reason why was that all the shows were sold out, except for the 10:45 showing (originally we were going to see a 9:10 showing). I luckily told a backup plan to my dad to see Shrek 2. And I'm glad we did. It was at a 9:15 showing. The movie was way more hilarious than the first one. xD You have to love Puss...in boots.. It went on till 11pm and my family has now decided to probably make this a tradition to go on Friday nights to the movie theater for the summer...nice idea to end the week, eh? However, there was reconstruction at the local movie theater at the Foothills Mall. Which sucks. We had to enter another way in, which was crappy, nonetheless...There were these high school kids who were loitering in the entrance way, which freaked the crap out of me. You know, I was thinking they were going to mug me, however, this is coming from the girl who thought that a bar always has a fight in it--24/7 on a trip at Mexico...long story.

So, I come home and read the rest of my Ruroni Kenshin Vol. 3, go to bed at midnight, however, I couldn't sleep. I couldn't go to sleep till it was 2 in the morning. I slept in till 9:45, which is really early for me, however, I was hungry since my dinner last night was really popcorn. I'm so tired and hungry...I gotta make some rice today, or else I'll die. x.X;;

I just re-organized the navigation and even added a section called Things to Get. It's just a list of manga, anime, and CDs that I want in the future. The manga is the most important to me xD It even continues...If you want to see the whole new list, please click here. In the future, after I change this layout (which will probably be in two weeks after my camp, yes, it will be gone in two weeks), I'm going to convert this site to php instead of HTML. I'm just getting sick of using HTML lately for the sites I use the most like my blog and my domain.

This week has been crazy with me. First on Tuesday with the TB skin test at the UMC (it's where they stick you with a needle and see if you have TB, or turberculosis, or not), then on Thursday I went to the orthodontist, and then today I went to the dermatologist. I found out I'm going to still have my braces for another 6 months. *cries* Why me? I've already had my braces for...let's see...15 months, I'm supposed to get them off in 3 months, like they said at the beginning, but no, my stupid teeth still have to have these wires for another 6-10 months! GAH! But the only good thing is that I'll probably have them off before my 8th grade graduation. God, I'm sick of my braces. <_< Once I get them off, I'll probably ask for the old wires and have a burning-the-da*n-wires-in-the-desert celebration. xD Ah...good times...

It's so hot out today! JEEZ! Yesterday it was a high of 106 degrees and they even said it was going to be hotter today. RAWR. Oh, yeah, yesterday was my half birthday...w00t.

One of the greatest feelings in life are knowing that you have friendship. The best is the blooming of one. You want to know more and more about them and this shows that you truly want to be a friend. This is how I'm feeling right now. For a long time I've wanted a friend who lived in a different country, mostly Japan, who I could become penpals with. And I have accomplished that. Nene, or Mami, is now my penpal, and I'd rather say friend instead. Even if she has trouble with her English, I'm still impressed that she can write it to me and her ambitions to study in the USA makes me realize that the USA is a great place. I'm just glad I've become friends with her and I feel like dancing around in my room. o(^o^)o Such a sweet, swell feeling...

A while ago I finished watching Indiana Jones and some of Gundam Seed. I so want to watch all of Gundam Seed in its original form of Japanese! (>o<) Tomorrow, I'm going to clean up my room (well mostly organize all of my manga) and write down a list of what I want for anime and manga. Gundam Seed and Fushigi Yuugi for anime will surely be on the list, but I know there will be others. This is a short entry, but I mainly wanted to talk about this new friendship with Nene, since I just recieved an e-mail from her and it makes me feel so happy! Especially since I've been through some hard times, just knowing this makes me like my old self.
